Graphcom Partners with FRHS for a Campaign with One Mission: #Endcancer
Recently, Frederick Regional Health System (FRHS) became the first and only hospital in Maryland to become a certified member of MD Anderson Cancer Network®, a program of MD Anderson Cancer Center, one of the leading cancer treatment centers in the country.
This affiliation allows FRHS’ cancer program to use treatment guidelines and best practices developed by MD Anderson to bring new hope to cancer patients while remaining close to home. Patients and oncologists benefit by having second opinions from MD Anderson physicians, expanded educational opportunities, and more.
We teamed up with FRHS for an integrated marketing campaign to raise awareness and highlight this affiliation to the Frederick County community. Last fall, the campaign launched across print, web, direct mail, TV, and radio.
It all started with a simple campaign concept that centered on the leading cancer care offered close to home. We interviewed patients and oncologists alike, and featured many of them in local media and website ads, local TV and radio commercials, brochures, press releases, and more.
Through our marketing and communications efforts, we helped FRHS to:
- Communicate the value of its new relationship with the community and its internal network
- Increase awareness of the unique value and services offered under the program
- Differentiate FRHS from its regional competitors
- Establish preference and promote choice for FRHS
- Encourage loyalty and reassure patients of its cancer treatment choice
