Growing Outreach & Donor Retention

Founded in 1906, the Lehigh County Humane Society (LCHS) serves the local community as a haven and resource for abused, neglected, and homeless animals. The nonprofit organization provides, food, medical care, foster and adoption services, cruelty investigations, and more for animals and pet owners throughout Leigh County and the surrounding areas.

This year, LCHS approached Graphcom about increasing their outreach efforts. Graphcom provided design and mailing services as well as list management, variable data, and analytics for the spring and summer appeal letters, helping the society grow their outreach and donor retention by 469% while saving 72% on total costs.
