USPS Announces Price Changes for 2020
Here’s an Overview of Key Changes
Effective Jan. 26, 2020, the U.S. Postal Service will implement price changes that affect all mail classes and special services. Here are a few of the key changes that might affect your business:
- First-Class Stamps and Meter for 1-oz. letters and flats will not change, but additional ounce pricing changes for flats will increase from $0.15 to $0.20.
- Full-Service Permit Fee Waiver has some eligibility changes.
- Postage statements will change so updated statements must be used.
- Postage prices will increase by approximately 1.9 percent.
