Improving Employee Participation With a Comprehensive Campaign
Einstein Healthcare Network is a private, not-for-profit organization with several major facilities and many outpatient centers. Their primary mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare to the greater Philadelphia region.
The Albert Einstein Society (AES) initiative raises funds to distribute via a grantmaking process for Einstein employees and physicians to conduct research and innovative initiatives. Funds are raised primarily from the network’s 8,500 employees and 2,500 physicians; board members and volunteers from the local community are donors as well.
Graphcom created a comprehensive marketing campaign to improve employee participation in the Albert Einstein Society, which is updated every year. The campaign consists of photo and video shoots, web content, email, postcards, posters, table tents, and more.
