An Informational Patient Intake Booklet

Since 1922, Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital (MWPH) has been a mainstay in providing specialty pediatric care in the Baltimore community. The hospital provides both inpatient and outpatient care through more than 20 specialized clinics, studies, and programs.

MWPH partnered with Graphcom to design a patient intake booklet, a resource of facts and helpful information provided to new patients at MWPH facilities.

In addition, Graphcom designs and prints a number of collateral pieces for the hospital’s yearly Storybook Gala. This includes redesigning the logo per each year’s theme, plus creating save-the-dates, program books, and other collateral event pieces.
