Honoring the Healers with Nurses Week Fundraising Campaigns

Through philanthropy and community partnership, the Wellstar Foundation fuels Wellstar’s innovation and addresses the vital needs of Georgia’s diverse communities. Graphcom proudly partners with the Wellstar Foundation to achieve their fundraising goals through innovative and strategic campaigns, acquiring new donors, reactivating lapsed donors, boosting response rates, and deepening engagement within the hospital community.

Over the last two years, we’ve created cohesive Nurses Week fundraising campaigns that include writing, design, variable data printing, mailing, digital and email marketing, and data analytics. Each campaign consists of an initial and follow-up letter asking donors to give in honor of a nurse who made a difference in their life. We’ve tested direct asks versus patient stories aligned with Wellstar’s women’s health initiatives, and letters from a patient’s perspective versus the president of the Foundation.

Additionally, we crafted targeted emails for various audiences (donors/prospects and physicians), social media posts, and a hospital screensaver with a QR code for on-site donations. We meticulously tracked and analyzed our results for maximum impact and ongoing improvement.

Graphcom continues to partner with the Wellstar Foundation on many other fundraising materials, including donor welcome packages, team member giving campaigns, grateful patient programs, and more.
