Warm & Engaging Donor Welcoming Packages
As a nationally recognized leader in its field, Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network provides world-class physical rehabilitation care to all ages and development stages at more than 70 locations across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Since 1908, Good Shepherd has gained a reputation for using the newest technologies and highly individualized care to improve the lives of their patients.
Over the years, Graphcom has collaborated with Good Shepherd to create a targeted and engaging style across many branding elements, including successful direct mail letters, donor publications, and more. Specifically, our teams’ collaboration on Good Shepherd’s welcome packages is a warm and engaging introduction to those joining Good Shepherd as a donor or volunteer.
We created and produced three different welcome packages for first-time donors, the Women’s Circle philanthropy group, and new volunteers. Each package includes an informational bifold insert held in place by a sleek pocket folder, all neatly packaged in a large envelope. While the design reflects Good Shepherd’s core brand, unique color palettes express the giving societies’ individual personalities. Adding further interest to the Women’s Circle package, we designed a sheet of six punch-out beverage coasters included within the folder. Featuring donor-centered phrases including, “I support transformative care,” and the Good Shepherd logo, the coasters are an everyday reminder to donors of their impact.
