AHN Promotes Fundraising Events with Support from Graphcom

Allegheny Health Network (AHN) represents 14 hospitals and more than 200 specialty and primary care locations, with more than 2,400 physicians in every specialty, 21,000 employees, and 2,000 volunteers. The Office of Development is the sole fundraising entity for AHN, supporting patient-centered care through donor-centered philanthropy. They achieve this by collaborating with healthcare providers, patients, and the community to create a remarkable health experience, freeing people to be their best.

The Challenge

The Office of Development’s signature events raise much-needed funds for initiatives that positively impact patients, families, caregivers, and the communities AHN supports. AHN donors can engage in these events through corporate sponsorships, attending or participating in an event, forming a corporate team, and more. Throughout the year, AHN needs help with various marketing touchpoints to drive event participation and secure these donations. Like they do with many fundraising pieces, AHN turned to Graphcom as their marketing partner.

The Solution

Graphcom provides ongoing marketing support for several signature AHN fundraising events, including but not limited to:

Factoring in branding and messaging guidelines, our Creative team writes and designs many development communication materials for AHN. These deliverables include print and email save the dates, invitations, pre- and post-event email communications, posters, registration and donation landing pages, post-event satisfaction surveys, and feature articles for donor publications like the All for Good quarterly newsletter and Remarkable Moments Philanthropy Impact Report. We print and mail pieces as needed as well.

AHN’s signature events continue to draw donors and community members to support initiatives, services, and programs that support patient-centered care. Through our marketing and fundraising efforts, we continue to help AHN secure the funds needed for nursing education, food insecurity initiatives, behavioral health, employee wellness, recovery medicine, NICU patients and their families, and so much more.
